About the Method
The Iniesta Academy offers programs based on the skills and values shaped by Andrés Iniesta throughout his extraordinary career.
アカデミーの選手たちは、イニエスタがFCバルセロナやラ・マシアから学び築き上げてきた、ワールドクラスのスキルやサッカーの価値観を肌で学ぶことが出来ます。
During training, players receive comprehensive instruction, always following a schedule created by the Academy’s Technical Director.
Through training, we want to give players the opportunity to discover the secret of Andrés Iniesta’s strength, create match-like situations, hone their decision-making skills, and ensure they always make the best decisions.
Each child has their own rhythm of learning. Understanding and respecting this rhythm will help maximize their abilities and understanding of the game.
We want our players to be able to develop in an environment that suits them best. This allows for more effective and long-lasting learning.
There are three points we focus on to improve our players’ decision-making skills.

ball
teammates
Opponent
The relationship between these three elements is very important.
In order to control space and time in a constantly changing game situation, you must always be aware of three perspectives: the ball, your teammates, and your opponents.
As a result, your “judgment (= play selection)” will improve.
Ages 4-6: Ball interaction
The purpose of the program is for children to become familiar with the ball.
Through a wide variety of exercises and mini-games, they will naturally learn how to interact with the ball.
It is important for them to feel a connection with the ball while having fun.
Ages 7-12: Interacting with teammates
This program emphasizes the importance of teamwork and teamwork.
Playing cooperatively with your teammates develops your understanding of the game and your ability to play in a connected manner.
Ages 7-16:
How to interact with others
The focus will be on playing with the opponent in mind.
Players will learn how to act as a team and always aim to outperform their opponents.
Ages 8-16
Focus on situations
This program is aimed at players with a higher level of technical and tactical ability.
With a focus on developing decision-making skills, participants will deepen their understanding of the game through match-like situations.
By experiencing many situations similar to actual matches, participants will further improve their decision-making skills during competition.
About the content of instruction
Our learning style and philosophy is not to teach the “correct answer” to a situation, but to provide players with the “tools” to enable them to make their own decisions and take action.
We aim to develop the ability to play based on good judgment in a competitive environment.
In addition to developing technical and tactical skills, our methods also impart important sporting values such as effort, challenge, passion and teamwork.
These are values that represent Andrés Iniesta himself and have underpinned his career.
