Q. Can I cover the practice?

Q. What should I bring to practice?
A. The uniform will be the one designated by the Academy for practice. Both spike shoes and training shoes can be used, but please choose the shoes that suit your child’s growth. At Wadamisaki School, only training shoes can be used. Football balls are provided by the school. Please also bring shin pads, towels, a change of clothes and a water bottle.

Q. Are practices held every week?
A. Practice days can be found on the ACADEMY CALENDAR on the ACADEMY page.

Q. Is there a transfer system?
A. If school is cancelled due to bad weather, you can transfer to a class on another day of the week for the same school year. You can also make up for a missed class for personal reasons up to a maximum of once a month for the once-a-week course, twice a month for the twice-a-week course and three times a month for the three times-a-week course.

Q. What should I do if I miss a training session?
A. If you need to miss a training session, please contact us by phone or at the email address below.

Q. Is there direct coaching by Iniesta players?
A. Iniesta’s priority is player activities such as matches and training, but please look forward to checking back from time to time for updates on events Iniesta will be taking part in.

Q. Is there parking available?
A. Parking is available in the vicinity of each venue, but Iniesta Academy does not offer a discounted rate.

Q. Can I apply for insurance in case of injury during training?
A. Our academy has a ‘Comprehensive Regional Sports Club Insurance’ in case of injury. If you are injured during school or on the way to and from school, you can apply for insurance from one day’s hospitalisation. If you are injured at the school, please contact the school as soon as possible (within 20 days of the injury). The school is not responsible for theft, so participants are responsible for their own safety.

Q. What should I do if I want to become a member or participate in a trial session?
A. Please apply using the membership and trial session application form on the ‘Apply’ page. The Administration will contact you by e-mail to let you know whether or not you can take part in the trial session.

Q. What should I do if I want to take a long break?
A. We have an absence system. You can take a recess for up to one month for a fee of 3,000 yen (tax included).
If you wish to take a recess, please contact Administration Office.

Q. Can I change my course?
A. You can change or add courses as long as there is space available in the course you wish to take.
If you wish to change your course, please contact Administration Office by the 15th of the month in which you wish to change your course.

Q. What should I do if I want to cancel my membership?
A. If you wish to withdraw your membership, please contact Administration Office by the 15th of the month in which you wish to withdraw.

Q. What should I do if I want to change my personal details such as address or telephone number?
A. Please contact Administration Office.

Q. How are membership fees paid?
A. The Academy accepts bank transfers or automatic debits.
