Iniesta Academy (the “Service”) is a service provided by Iniesta Methodology Academy Co Ltd. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Iniesta Methodology Academy Co Ltd. collects, uses and stores personal information from users of the Services (“Users”) and the rights of Users in relation to their personal information.
This Policy applies to all Personal Information that Iniesta Methodology Academy Co Ltd. obtains or uses in connection with the Services. Personal Information is any combination of information about you and information by which you can be identified.
As stipulated in the Terms of Use, minors may only use the Services with the consent of their parents or guardians and through their parent’s or guardian’s account. The processing of personal data of such minors is done with the consent of their guardians or other persons.

1. Personal Information that is collected.
Iniesta Academy obtains Personal Information about you from a variety of sources, including information obtained directly from you (for example, when you register as a user or contact Iniesta Academy) or automatically (for example, in the course of activities), as described below.
We may need to obtain certain personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if it is necessary for the purposes of Iniesta Academy’s contractual relationship with you. Failure to provide such information may prevent or delay the performance of those obligations. When we obtain your data, we will inform you whether it is mandatory for us to obtain such data and the consequences of not providing it.
1.1 Information Iniesta Academy obtains directly from users.
(a) Information that identifies you as a customer or user.
(i) Detailed information about the user (name, date of birth, gender, etc).
(ii) Contact details (telephone number, email address, address, mobile number, etc).
(b) Information that you can optionally enter when registering to use this service (school, working leg, reason for registering for this service, etc.)
(c) Payment information, such as credit card details or other payment method of your choice.
(d) Video and audio data. Videos or images that you share with Iniesta Academy for the use of its Services.
(e) Data that you interact with directly using the Services, such as asking questions during live streaming sessions or asking questions for video tutorials or lectures.
1.2 Information obtained automatically when you use this service
(a) Internet or other electronic network information (such as web page browsing history, video tutorials, live streaming events, etc.,)
(b) identifiers of the device you use to access the Service (including IP address and MAC identifier)
(c) Information about interactions, communications and connection data.
2. Purpose of the use of users’ personal information and its legal basis Iniesta Academy uses users’ personal information for the following purposes:
(a) To provide this service (e.g. customer service).
(b) To personalise this service according to the user’s request or according to the user’s usage situation.
(c) To respond to enquiries.
(d) To receive fees for this service and to process refunds.
(e) To administer your account.
(f) To personalise marketing messages, such as recommended service information about the Service, to make them relevant and interesting to users.
(g) To invite you to participate in customer surveys and other market research activities.
(h) To comply with legal obligations and to cooperate with regulators and law enforcement authorities;
(i) To contact you with marketing communications relating to products and services offered by Iniesta Academy or members of the Iniesta Academy group (unless you have opted out of marketing or unless prohibited by law); and

(k) To display advertisements from Iniesta Academy, Iniesta Academy Group or other third parties;
Please note that if the customer and the user are different (if the customer signs a contract and the customer’s child becomes a user), the user’s personal information will not be used for profiling.
3. Rights of users
Based on the laws and regulations of each country and region, users have certain rights with respect to their personal information. These include the following rights:

4. Providing information
Iniesta Academy may provide personal information about users to the following parties for commercial purposes: If personal information is to be provided to a third party that is not a sub-contractor (including Iniesta Academy Group companies), we will obtain separate consent from the customer in advance.
– Sub-contractors and business partners. Iniesta Academy may provide personal information about users to Iniesta Academy’s subcontractors and business partners who perform marketing services and other business activities. For example, Iniesta Academy may partner with other companies to process secure payments, fulfill orders, send newsletters and marketing emails, and support email and messaging services.
– Law enforcement, judicial, regulatory and governmental authorities. Iniesta Academy may share your personal information with these parties if Iniesta Academy believes that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or to otherwise protect Iniesta Academy’s rights or the rights of a third party.
– Business operator to which the business will be transferred. Iniesta Academy may provide your personal information to a third party that buys or transfers all or substantially all of Iniesta Academy’s assets and business. 5.1 Security of information
Iniesta Academy takes technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of the personal information it processes. These measures are intended to ensure the continued integrity and confidentiality of your personal information. We regularly evaluate these measures to ensure secure handling.
5.2 Retention/storage
We will retain your personal information for as long as our contractual relationship with you continues. Thereafter, we will only retain your personal information if required to do so by law or if there is an unresolved complaint or grievance that reasonably requires us to retain your personal information.
6. Transfer abroad
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored and handled in countries that do not have adequate safeguards for personal information.
Iniesta Academy has implemented appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) in accordance with applicable legal requirements to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in such cases.
